As a Level 5 Qualified Soft Tissue Therapist, my massage combines a range of cutting edge Eastern and Western techniques, including soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching and deep tissue work. I always work gently and effectively rather than creating more pain and stress in the body

I am based at 2 locations close to Maidstone - The Wellness Centre in Loose, and at my home treatment room (ladies only) in Boughton Monchelsea village
